The pay was excellent and I got a lot of freedom when it came to decision making when I was working.

...from two different organizations on harassment grounds and they still hired him. I believe he finally got fired again from here after they formed a committee due to complaints, but he moved on to getting a better pay with a better salary. There were many other ombuds related issues that were not taken care of at that time.

Feeling secured working with this company which provides corporate training and also career growth frequently. It has a fabulous work culture here and most important company cares female employees a lot in term of there security and other challenges as well

Three is nothing to deslike but its a step back in order to provide the compensation per the market rate

Company work environment is very nice, fresher's can start their carrier in state street syntel,also job security is also there.

I did not like company transport facility. Salary hike is very less. HR also not support the employee on time. Little management politics problem is there
