Over all experience in state street syntel is awesome. I worked there for over 2 year. Very good work culture, a lot of thing to learn. I suggest best company to start career. Management will teach you like a student in school. All kind of training will be given.

The only thing I dislike is salary. But for starting career, one should go with syntel.

Freedom to do work, salary credit on time, food coupons are providing for night shift, early or late hours provide cab facility

Dislikes

Extending shift timings,lot of work pressure, my TL is very angry person, few colleagues are like worst in case,. In corona time, they have responed very badly.

...reet is a big brand and I would suggest new learner to start career with syntel. Dislike is only the package syntel pays.

Teams mates are very supportive, syntel provide very good training in finance stream, it is good learning platform to everyone.

Syntel did not provide good salary package and appraisal, if someone is trying their best but in return they will not receive positive approach or we can say positive response from seniors.
