People working at State Street Syntel Services are a lot good, understanding, helping & professional people. I am glad that I met like this kind people & this people as my colleagues. There is a lot to learn here so much knowledge. Syntel is a university of Investment Banking as StateStreet the world's largest custodian is our client & we are working as a part of them. But apart from this there is no any reason to be here in this company at all. Good for freshers to work here for 2-3 years Max not more than that. For experienced people 2 years is enough to stay here in Syntel.

I want to leave this company because the work life balance is so poor & salary-promotion is also very political & unhealthy. No working access provided properly also no good services of employee wellbeing. No chairs, desktops available for team. Laptops are also worst while working. IT dept is also slow in working. Here in Syntel HR gives importance to form filling activities more than your actual work production & deadlines. All though my experience is 50-50 here as I've seen the greatest & the worst time as well & I've stayed here in the worst as well but overall 3 Stars is what I can give this being an employee to this organisation.

While leving organisation HR had word will payout for two month for 3 month notice period but for 1 month salary was not credited even they are lying with employees. Worst transport service. They explored employees there is Imbalance between authority and responsibility. Managers are more autocratic.

Best work culture and corporate ethics, very supportive senior management. Great exposure and growth scope, ample if learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Transport services can be improved and if pay raise is given people might stay back.

As a fresher there is a extreme chance to get excellent knowledge of Financial Services. At beginning of the career rearly we get a chance to learn and use of different applications under one roof. All over experience was excellent.

...ny. It was great place to work and I really enjoyed my time while working there. But somewhere I agree, the pay skill were not as per market standard.

Teams mates are very supportive, syntel provide very good training in finance stream, it is good learning platform to everyone.

Dislikes

Syntel did not provide good salary package and appraisal, if someone is trying their best but in return they will not receive positive approach or we can say positive response from seniors.
