Nothing. Absolutely nothing. They claim that they promote small team size culture. But they don't pay accordingly.

Toxic people. Below industry standard pay. Training isn't given and you are expected to deliver on projects.

.... The company policies are very amazing. But they will give very less apprisals. But they will give good salary hike and they conducting culture activities, Game's.

The main reason is salary issue. Work place is very good. Some times management remove contract employees without any reason that is not good. Even job training is not given to new joinees and contract employees.

Salary package Top level management are much better when compared to my previous company

Dislikes

1. Long working hours without overtime 2. Even though same designation, Seniority dominance is intolerable and some time feels like running away. 3. Promotions based on seniority. 4. Politics are at next level where you could gain real time experience in politics than in your field. 5. Some times trainings are provided at rocket speed by seniors making it difficult for trainees.

Compensation is average, Free Transport, Meal Pass rest is worst

Worst management, No skip level meeting, No policy here manager making their own policy, I don't know why do they hired AVP for each process that never ever seen in my career . No one going to listen you. No control over management and the employee who do production they always suffered but they don not know that they are getting salary because of us.

... technology. But you will have work life balance, work from option is available. Compare to service based companies compensation is better.

Lack of IT opportunities. It's more on finance. So IT people don't expect much on technical expectations.
