...my skill set. Highly disappointed. Overall happy for working at State Street, Got salary from State Street, but worked for CRD(sister company) State Street is a definitely a good work place. I will try to join again if I will get an opportunity.

Pros: Good Culture, Flexible Work Culture. Cons: Hike is not good, no scope for discussion on salary hike, not much focus on learning or certification. Some MD’s are good for nothing.

Work Life Balance is good. Work pressure is according to team and job profile.

Dislikes

Initially benefits were good but now it has been drastically reduced. Sodexo and few allowances has been reduced by 30% and directly paid with you salary and hence taxable.

Work wise good. Manager are flexible on leaves. Supportive on work related issue.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good. Huge pay disparity like SA is earning more than TL and they say it's company policy. It will demotivate others if they come to know abt others package. On the job training should be improved.

Salary and benefits are good, work is very easy however your manager is the only matter.

Dislikes

No work life balance, manager taking leaves and wfh but won't allow ther team members to take leaves, senior managers supporting blindly to the Assistant manager without analysis any situation, if any higher management members reading this take a closure look to your management people working most of the time in phone and having fun only.
