They takeover Atos syntel company so management is old and full of politics and favouritism. No promotion and increment given to deserving ones. Plus no job security as they can lay off anytime for silly reason

It's a big brand and employee benefits are good like transportation, insurance etc.

Dislikes

...s, bias, favouritism, retaliation now rules across verticals specially in India. If you raise something you will be targetted and your ratings, bonus, increment everything will be spoiled and you will be sidelined from everything until you quit.

Worst management No salary hike for 2 years Lots and lots of politics in Senior Management Lot of work pressure Worst cafeteria No maintenance on wash room Only 25k raised for 2 years experienced candidate and that is first appraisal Cab employees will always leave the office on time, but own transport people need to do OT and complete the pending task and no OT pay will be provided Most of the managers are just came and go not take any part in team always partiality for favourite employee

I like the work culture and the job security which state street gives. I believe it is a good place to upskill yourself

Dislikes

Being a fresher I got into the organization with low package. I have got recognization from manager and clients too but Inspite of giving my 100% and getting recognization they have not increased my salary

Work Life Balance is good. Work pressure is according to team and job profile.

Dislikes

Initially benefits were good but now it has been drastically reduced. Sodexo and few allowances has been reduced by 30% and directly paid with you salary and hence taxable.
