Dislikes

Toxic culture, 5 years experience resource and 10 years experience resource getting the same package. Non of the management cares about the employees.

Likes

Health Insurance, monthly Sodexo and both way cab pick up and drop facility.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is very less. Bonus is not lucrative. It’s the half of your even one month salary. Too much politics. No places for growth in career. There’s no proper hours. They make you stretch and won’t pay r that as there is n her time allowances.

Likes

I feel best place to work where i learnt new things and can maintain better work life balance. Policies are also good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Can introduce few more policies for the employee like car lease

Your job is always going to be secured, due to high iteration and lesser number of resources than required

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Boss is always right kind of approach. There is no known HR presence/ nobody is sure whom to reach.

Legacy technologies, vendor centric. Low pay, old guys in the management who doesn’t like a change. Development resources will waste their career here with old and legacy technologies. Not at all agile, management doesn’t believe in agile methodology. Vendors drive the projects just for billing, no proper planning, no proper design and development model followed here.
