Big salary disparity issues No night shift allowance for AVP and Above. So if I get promoted then I will loose it. Few old thought employees not ready to adopt the changes. Inactive HR

Toxic culture, 5 years experience resource and 10 years experience resource getting the same package. Non of the management cares about the employees.

Health Insurance, monthly Sodexo and both way cab pick up and drop facility.

Dislikes

Salary and hike is very less. Bonus is not lucrative. It’s the half of your even one month salary. Too much politics. No places for growth in career. There’s no proper hours. They make you stretch and won’t pay r that as there is n her time allowances.

Your job is always going to be secured, due to high iteration and lesser number of resources than required

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Boss is always right kind of approach. There is no known HR presence/ nobody is sure whom to reach.
