It all depends on oneself as to how to derive maximum of everything.Be honest to you and your institution.Deliver to the customer and society and the State Bank is one of the best places to work.

Sometimes donkeys and horses are equaled.Reservation policy of the GOVT is hindrance to growth for general candidates.

brand equity proud to be associated with largest network of branches employee empowerment opportunities are excellent . Besides so many bugs in the system , bank is enhancing its profile . Crises management is superb.

Dislikes

The philosophy and culture taught in the academies and learning centers , though excellent , remain confined to the four walls of these insitutes , they need to travel from the walls of these centers to the branches HR in the institution is dismal .

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
