Low Salary, no incentive, huge pressure, you have to do 40 lakh business and get 15000 salary with extra 5000 for fuel, hard core sales, you have to do work 9.30 A.M to 10 P.M work of your branch manager is still in bank office you can't leave office. You have to all banking work except cash. Hardcore NPA recovery. No Saturday holiday. Only Sunday, can avail one leave (CL) on a month. NO RESPECT.

The bank staff will keep you as their servant. Better than this bank, work in any other private bank or NBFC. It has a great atmosphere there. Everything like promotion, mediclaim, incentive etc. is available.
