Low Salary, no incentive, huge pressure, you have to do 40 lakh business and get 15000 salary with extra 5000 for fuel, hard core sales, you have to do work 9.30 A.M to 10 P.M work of your branch manager is still in bank office you can't leave office. You have to all banking work except cash. Hardcore NPA recovery. No Saturday holiday. Only Sunday, can avail one leave (CL) on a month. NO RESPECT.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC.
