...huge size, adequate scope exists for all the talented and hardworking employees. Salary is based on scales adopted (and improved) from all-PSB level wage agreements. Constantly updated and largely quantifiable appraisal systems are in place. There are ample opportunities for travel within the country as well as abroad. All employees are adequately protected from political influence. Learning is online, on the job and institutional. Work environment is conducive for the bright, innovative and hard working. Innovation is encouraged and rewarded. there is adequate work life balance. Overall, best bank to work with.
