There is no work life balance in the bank . Working on holiday without any compensation is regular aspect here. Hr policies are only for namesake

There is no space at all fo work life balance. Officers here work daily for 13 to 14 hours and also work on holiday without getting any compensation

The salary and other benifits which sbi gives to its Permanent employees is far better than any public sector bank ,and sbi deployed new employees in their nearby place

Nothing a permanent employment in sbi is a dream for youth like me ..i,m working towards it hopefully i will get it in due time

...premier banking institute of international repute. It has large branch network. Excellent team work, job security,good salary and perks with periodical revision. No political interference, good training facility, constant renovation for modern requirements.

Nothing to like really. You just get stuck in doing monotonous job

...erable. Asking to not come on a public holiday leads to targetting by your boss. No compensation for working on holidays. One has to work for 10-12 hours Monday to Saturday. You are asked to do work outside bank guidelines and no risk allowance/security assurance is given.

Working at SBI is great satisfaction which comes with job security and Salary and other benefits. working in diffrent roles gives knowledge in overall banking sector

There is no work life balance . Lot of work pressure and no sympathy towards staff. Frequent transfers to diffrent locations and high pressure of achieving targets
