I have to work for the Rural Unemployed youth . Motivating them for the Self Employment and talking their potentiality is very satisfying. We work here for the social purpose rather than benefits .As far as work culture is concerned it's under SBI Bank and MoRD guide line but we don'st have a Employee Concern HR Police yet. The work culture is very tough and we have to some time work without caring or time limits . The Bank and MoRD have mandated the organization and the quality of training we provide is very impressive.

Dislikes

...zation should do a good justice withe employ as they are third party engaged . they should be be given a good salary to the employ as the forth grade staff should be paid 15K plus but it's embarrassing to share that much amount is paid to our office assistance .

I learned a lot from this work. All the staffs are very supporting I can learn more about Banking systems.

I have no objection in working here but the only thing is Salary. They give very very less salary and uses me very well.

...the training and workshop sessions. It used to be very knowledgeable and useful. Moreover, salary and appraisal are quite satisfactory. SBI is also well known for its technological growth.

Dislikes

Work-life balance is very difficult. Therefore, work satisfaction is nil. It is a transferrable job and it's really tough to cope up with the new challenges every time without having prior knowledge about the job profile.

Horrible work culture. Too much internal politics. People who don't work re appraised well and people who work hard are appraised badly, and have to bear lots of criticism. Seniors don't have any idea about the reality of ground level and force unethical practices for personal gains. People who oppose this are publically humiliated and instructed to resign. Seniors have no working knowledge of how the softwares work, and if some do do, then they refused to share their knowledge with others. It is the worst workplace I have ever worked in. I would not wish this kind of working environment to my worst enemy.

Nothing to like really. You just get stuck in doing monotonous job

...erable. Asking to not come on a public holiday leads to targetting by your boss. No compensation for working on holidays. One has to work for 10-12 hours Monday to Saturday. You are asked to do work outside bank guidelines and no risk allowance/security assurance is given.
