Salary is good for a fresher. Incentives are also good if you can work as much as they say

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Poor treatment of employees. Extremely toxic workplace with management that doesn't bother listening to anyones issues or feedbacks at all. I've seen girls being treated differently by some people in the management and I've seen them feeling uncomfortable. Very poor in terms of respect and workplace culture.

- Always very cooperative and helpful to achieve targets. - Good job security, decent incentive schemes and pay. - Back-end support is just superb. Good management and HR team. - Gives opportunity to work on an individual basis in which we can observe, formulate plans, implement and evaluate things.
