Easy process, no pressure of work related deadlines, however there is nothing new to do hence can't say about work pressure.

Compensation is below par, management is incompetent, policies are not employee friendly.

Salary is good for a fresher. Incentives are also good if you can work as much as they say

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. Poor treatment of employees. Extremely toxic workplace with management that doesn't bother listening to anyones issues or feedbacks at all. I've seen girls being treated differently by some people in the management and I've seen them feeling uncomfortable. Very poor in terms of respect and workplace culture.
