Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...do not join it ,they don't have flexibility in taking work from their employees. I joined as an intern they gave less pay to me while I was the only one for doing my work and those who are doing less work than me their pay is higher and even that they didn't paid anyone including me and all other interns including HR and kitne saare bahane bnae na dene k lie.

Literally nothing.

Dislikes

Hated working at the fraud company. They never pay the stipends of ANY of their employees and they completely run on interns and don’t respect the work whatsoever. The founders make your work beyond working hours. They are worth taking strict legal actions for not crediting the hard earned money of their employees. Please stay away from this company to save your time and quality of work.
