There is a lot of politics and management itself believes into it. Unwanted work pressure because of unclear requirements from clients by management & don't understand things that took practically time & always created Unwanted pressure on team. People's not stay more then 2 years.they don't try to grow more till they get a fixed targeted amount every month. Unwanted tracking by tool and People's who always be the spy agent for them.
