Only the salary is good.

Dislikes

Many things to say about. To much politics and biased. Many clients think that we are there personal attendees or servant. There is many strict policy regarding being late if it is an emergency. They deduct that day salary only. And if you don't come without informing then 3days salary will be deducted. Too much politics here. The owner will force you to resign if they don't like you, even if you work hard.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
