Nothing. There's not a singular thing that is good about it.

Dislikes

Everything. There is no proper structure of leaves. There are no sick leaves, casual leaves or even earned leaves for that matter. When you ask HR, their only response is "We don't have leaves". What kind of an organization is this ill-structured? On top of all of this, there is so much micromanagement that it's like a literal school environment. People have been forced to come to work when their health is debilitating.
