Pathetic Organisation / Toxic Environment. I'll Not Recommend anyone to Join.

...nother process. 2) Login Issues :- Login Time - 9.30Am & Logout Time - 8.30Pm. 3) Salary Dealyed :- In HR Induction we were informed Salary will be credited in between 1st -5th of every month. Then dates were postponed by 10th of every month still the employee are not receiving on the given date. 4) Rude Behaviour With the Agents:- Sme's /Team Leader - Don't have manner's to speak with Agent's. 5) Week Off Issues. Week Off will be roaster as per Team Leader Requirements. 6) Break Issues :- Break are not given on time and also before going agents have to asked for break. 7) Helpless HR Team :- In every Skip Meeting with Hr issues is been highlighted everytime But no result received.

Worst company ever. They just directly remove the agent from the company within 15 days of joining not even put the employees for pip. Asking from the help from the HR they just said we are helpless and we don't have any rights to help you further. Don't join the company at all. It is the worst workstation for the employees
