I like starbucks culture and it's good place for development also my district manager and ROM have awesome nature I like this they are always guiding me and every so that we are improving store performance and our development.

Every thing is good but I think we also give to diwali bonus for staff so that every employee feeling happy

5 Day working culture and on time Salary Payments. Organised work policies and audits.

Dislikes

Company has become more focused on Store Management Trainee's who are externally hired because of their IHM degree who are not even pass in their subjects and they get outlets to handle beside having an ASM sitting on bench with culture experience and diversified performance. They have become less employee (partner) oriented after Lockdown is over. Their only focus is on expanding and cost cutting. It doesn't effect them that their employees are getting drained in this process.

Good Growth opportunities within the brand , Work life balance in operations is better than other brands

Benefits are good as we have perks of Starbucks and some perks of tata as well but salary with internal promotion is average

Mostly i like to work with baristas and team work

Management system is wrong in kerala market Not getting the promotion Overtime and not getting that hours salary Not getting proper salary Not value for the CA and forcesing to writing explanation letter Some many trained barista resing

It's been always good working with Tata Starbucks, where i have learnt so many things and have improved my skills. A good cultures company with great people.

Dislikes

Promotion in this company is so avarage and also the salary structure could be better.
