Nothing at all. Each and every day is difficult at this place. Don't listen to them. They lie all the things. Worst company ever.

Dislikes

Everything. I thing it's too politics and old person will make things difficult for new person here. They do all the things what they can for making you out from the company. Never join such irritating company. Work pressure and there is expectations are beyond the limits.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
