The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Dislikes

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.

dislike poor work-life balance, long hours, low pay, poor work environment, annoying co-workers, and management.

Salary on time,Leave avilability but for short days.

Huge pressure,Humiliation,abusing,without information transfers,no respect,no work life balance,low service support,virtual meeting in anytime from 7am -10 pm and no job security.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Hr department was not responsible @ ending time

Team leader starts their day after 10am for employees too many restrictions Concall after 6pm in a small salary package we have togive whole day time to company after 6pm employees are not able to give time to thier family and specially kids when team leader to achieve their target so they should be in field with employees not to sit in office by taking breath in airconditioner
