The people here support eachother and work. As company is still at growing stage it helps the young people like us to grab opportunities to learn and grow along with the company.

Some policies regarding transfer wherein our salary did not get revised only we got add on allowances. However revisions of salary will be crucial as it will help us with our personal growth and also help us earn more bonus.

The company is good in all respects. The salary comes on time. I never had to face any problem.

Dislikes

Whatever the problem was, it was that there was no schedule for the meetings, whenever the meeting felt like it, the online meeting would start, I personally did not find this method right and one more thing was putting pressure on the employees and increasing the workload.

Nothing Good in this company. Instead of working in notice period the Hr will deduct the salary.

Work Culture is worst. No work life balance they will force you to work on holidays and Sunday. Operation is the worst in Sud life
