THE WORKERS ARE SO COOPERATIVE AND THAT'S WHY IT WAS QUITE EASY AND ENJOYABLE TO LEAD WITH THE WORKERS AS A PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR AND ALSO AS HAVING A STORE IN-CHARGE IT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE FOR THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF THE PRODUCTS.

The financial growth in the company is null which is not sufficient for me to run the family.
