No freedom to go outside plant,no professional approach,No skilled workers and Good machines,hire and fire approach

A very energetic and young team working under some very friendly senior.Top management are always ready to help juniors as and when required. Our US & China team also always helpful for any technical crisis.

Dislikes

Skill development & learning is very limited as product mostly out sourced. Career growth is limited though compensation & benefits are quite satisfactory.

People are good, Friendly, there is a cricket tournament occurs twice a year

Dislikes

It’s a family based company, there’s too much partiality between family members and other employees. If you are working hard and helping in improvement of sales you will get the same benefit as the other employee who is just doing daily tasks. Extra efforts will not be recognised here. There’s nothing like performance increment or performance bonus. Good company for beginners level till 1-2 years of experience.
