Sanjay Ghodawat Group company is very good. Salary credited on time. However, Retail division is worst. Nothing to Like about Retails segment.

1).Work Culture 2). Corporate Politics 3). It is one Man army show, no management 4) You will be demotivated by your Senior on day to day work.5) Very toxicity 6). Worst work culture I never seen. 7). No travel/accommodation policy Preference given to own community people. Knowing or showing out anyone mistake in-front other person own community people. You can not take any decision by yourself Its doesn't matter how talented you are.

Middle management is worst There is lot of politics Everytime you speak there is lot of negativity Everyone is searching for a job They do not reimburse the entire amount and expect you to spend from your own pocket for official work

Not a single good thing to say. Bad things are piled up.

1)Poor office culture and management 2) Incentives are not given on time, rules change suddenly as per his habit and reasons are given without giving incentives. 3) Like the name Local Mart, the seniors' speech here is not correct. Oh you guys, bad behavior is paid, not respected. 4) Near expiry products are on the floor, The rice grown here may turn out bad, insects may appear in the rice. I have seen this with my own eyes while working. 5) Product quality is poor. 6) The price of the goods is separately scanned on the board and after reaching the billing counter. 7) The management of this company misleads the customers. 8) They don't give leaflet distribution or travel expenses instead they want us to spend our own pocket money and our pocket money is spent. 9) Final amount should be deposited after 45 days after leaving the job. Even after 60 to 62 days, the company has not yet deposited the full and final amount. 10) The management of this company is so bad that it is better not to work here. The company is on the verge of closure. 11) Earlier there were 16 stores in Pune, now there are only ten. 12) Consumers' needs and useful items are not available at this place. That being said, there is a lot to review. I'll stop at the same point, thanks.
