...mb before one aspirational lady. That lady has spoilt everything in the company. Even a toilet is cleaned with her orders and salary is given with her orders. That is her power. She can hire and fire anyone anytime. In the sight of directors, she is the best. And she is looting the company. I can recall the PAYTM incident. A girl who joins company at 16000 per month and within 6-7 years it becomes 2 lacs per month. Can you imagine ?? Now feel your standing before that lady. She does not value or care anyone. Even she abuses the director on their face, but they have no manly guts to take any action. They are helpless. You cannot imagine to work in a helpless company.

... heirarchy. Even managers do not know how to write a mail. No increment policy. The more licker you are the more salary you will get. On the name of bonus/incentive you will get abuses, nothing more. Headed by majorly 2 person. One thinks he knows everything and other does not know anything.
