...but not the managers but is still expected to be known everything about the job. Salary package is very very low in comparison to the work that is extracted from us.

Everything is Very well. But Company giving salary is linked with Target Oriented. It not suitable for All. So Very much disadvantage For Insurence Company like this. But other Insurance companies giving very good packages on this.
