I'm working in star health for 2years there are two department which I work is Agency care cell & Ace vertical(sales department they talk with agents & get business for activation). Food accommodation, incentive, bonus, birthday amount is fine.

Starting fresher salary is 15k no promotion, less hike in salary, target to achieve.

I'm working there from 2 months but till now not received a single salary. Yesterday all my colleague received but they kept my salary on hold becoz i was present there for last 4/5 days becoz of my illness. Very horrible company they don't care about there employees very bad experience about star health insurance

Unfortunately! I am not satisfied with star health, due to following reasons- 1. Company not giving that much salary to the employers as per their work. 2. Company not giving a single day leave for health issue in a month, if a single day an employer is on leave for any health issue or any other reason, company not giving the salary or deducting the salary for that particular day. 3. There is no cab facility or transportation allowance company giving the employers. 4. Even there should be 2 week offs in a week but this facility is also not available. 5. Many times company deducting the money without any reason. 6. There is not food facility in the hyderabad zone office and in that building there is not a single canteen available. I AM REQUESTING TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY OF THIS COMPANY, THAT WHEN YOU WILL THINKING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES FIRST THEN YOUR CUSTOMER WILL BE SATISFIED. SOO FIRST GIVE HAPPINESS TO THE EMPLOYEE THEN YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE HAPPY ACCORDINGLY. Due to this following reasons I am not happy with this company and I personally want to give 0 points out of 10 for this company. Thank you Purnima patro

...l its a Very Good company To Work...I've been working year for the past 2 years. Even though the Salary structure is minimum but you can earn incentives there is no limit for that Senior Tso and Tl Will be really helpful & supportive even Manager and Bm For you Even I'f you're not Finishinh the Target They'll really encourage u to finish the target Of course lit bit presurized environment Bcoz Its sale Safety for female Staff is 10000%
