Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Healthy atmosphere to work. Very excellent work atmosphere and very much interested to do that job. Job security is good and colleagues were excellent, very much cooperative with us. Every organization have some norms to follow obviously we have to. Overall excellent work place we can learn more

Dislikes

Nothing but monthly income. Otherwise everything is fine and good
