Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow.

The owner of the company are very good, good facility provided, work-life balance is good

The salary structure is not standardize as per the designation for different departments, The Top management below the owner of the organization are not loyal to the company and creating problem for the working structure.

Salary & other perks paid on time Incentive structure is good if u capable to achieve

Unethical pressure to get sale Pressurise to work on Sunday also in case not achieving assigned target Start con call at 8 am every morning which is most irritating.

has freedom of work and can take independent decisions, job security, promoters interference is nil, growing organisation

Dislikes

personal growth is very slow, salary structure is not as per position/designation, lacks professional culture, HR lacs power to take strong decisions, management has outdated and blocked mindset, some people sitting at top takes biased & wrong decisions, but no one to look after that, seniors prefers appeasement

Working environment is very poor. Teammates and management are not supportive Company policies are not good (e.g., timing is not perfect)

Dislikes

Management does not address to our issues or concern. Salary and career growth according to the work is very slow. There is no perfect training given to the new joiners. And mostly we need to work for extra hours without any extra it's a 12h swe always have to work for 15-16hours everyday.
