1) Office infrastructure is excellent. 2) Salary on time. However in some cases it also get delayed due to inefficiency of HR department.

Complete favoritism & partiality culture. Even company's policy is not been equal for all. At once they will say that promotion is only due once you spend 3 years in the company on the other hand promotion is being given to favourite employee who have spent less than 1.5 years. This is a first company, I came across where HOD's are more concerned about their own appraisal rather than their subordinates. One HOD got double promotion where as employees who have spent more than 8 years in the company is yet to be promoted. The Company has one policy which leads to some appreciation for employees. No Growth in Special in Sales accounts ,No promotion I have seen till time .CFO can terminate any time he wants directly or indirectly by giving transfer to lumsnong. Ever thing is faltu in front of him

Overall experience is very bad promotion not given for long time. Salary is very less. Work culture is bad. No corporate culture followed by Co. Finally i called its a Babu company. HR role not applicable.

high work pressure in accounts department... in time for office is fixed before 9.40 but out time for accounts department is minimum after 7.30 on average and during feb-march the time on average reaches to 10 pm minimum

Job security is there. Salary on time. Friendly atmosphere (although politics always involved)

Dislikes

No career growth, no promotion. One must need to work 6/7 years to get a promotion. HR part is very inactive, there role is almost nil towards employees except providing salary. Only work no refreshment activities. At some point of time frustration gets build up. Work days Monday to Saturday (Saturdays are half day), timing- 9:30am to 6:30pm, Saturday till 2:30pm
