We all might have heard in some point of our career that some CAs, Management personal and Engineers are working as labours in some companies in Middle East.Well for practically visualising this scenario you don't need to go to Middle East you can see it itself here in Star Cement. You may be hired but they don't provide you work related to your profile. In this company Manpower handling is the biggest issue and the Top Management is terrible. HR department is a big liar and they lie to any level. Don't expect any sort of support or guidance here. If you want to ruin your career you can join this company.

The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets High quality Cement and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, Also, there is no on-job training for freshers.

...ng good brand value in market , company working environment is as professional . Company policies are good , salary structure and other benefits is very satisfactory for employees

When I was worked ,in that time I was faced lot of politics in there.which was made by my reporting boss ,I don't want to say that it was played by company management .I want to say my senior (reporting boss)didn't give us opportunity to grow .

Unethical pressure to get sale Pressurise to work on Sunday also in case not achieving assigned target Start con call at 8 am every morning which is most irritating.

personal growth is very slow, salary structure is not as per position/designation, lacks professional culture, HR lacs power to take strong decisions, management has outdated and blocked mindset, some people sitting at top takes biased & wrong decisions, but no one to look after that, seniors prefers appeasement
