There is nothing much to like this job and company. Management is good but the people around working here are not good in Bangalore airport.

Dislikes

...here is no solution for any of our queries and problems. Mentally killing staff. Salary not credited on time. Not providing leaves. Making staff to work 9hrs but as per HR it's 8 hrs. Only 1 weekoff for 9 hrs and also not providing any leaves when ever required. Totally working in Bangalore station with ASM mohitha is completely waste she is killing staff mentally. Another new supervisor vivekanand who don't know anything he is another waste here. I prefer for freshers don't join to BLR STATION try for another one.

No doubt the Honourable chairman sir and Honourable MD sir is great leader they are much humble for the employees and his/her family we can feel we are in Good hand

The salary is very low from other companies and the Appraisal are not well it’s very disappointed there is no allowances and arriers the HR management is also working on very low level they might be discuss with Honourable Chairman sir and MD Sir.

...isation and policies are in favour of company training cost also Bourne by you.. which company takes money make bond where they didn't even pay for training?
