No management cordination At every level of hierarchy they have there own SOPs Right from the first day management expects to deliver 100% on KPI and every process. Buttering is only way of survival or else you will get transfer and tata bye bye

...r management, they keep same senior manager for both demand and supply team. layoff happens anytime and they dont even provide salary compensations. worst ever management with worst job security. training is poor and they dont train people who is performing low. instead ask them to leave the company.

Everything within Stanza is to be disliked. Be it the people, the process, the management. I worked in Bangalore location. Remain jobless but never join Stanza especially Bangalore. The brother Duo (Zonal Head - Big Brother) and the (State Head - Younger Brother) will ensure that whatever skills you bring are thrown out of the window and all that remains of you is a mere puppet who just obeys orders, listens to abuses and never questions on anything. There is nothing called as work culture here, some really stupid people who sticked around with the organisation from initial days are now VP's. So these people do whatever they feel is right.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
