The business is seasonal, hence for 4-5 months, you may enjoy lean period.

A long list. 1. Absolutely 0 job security. 2. Very poor management. They may hire you at huge salary but after 3-4 months, they may not able to pay you and HR asks you to resign. 3. Lack of vision.

It seems they pay well as inhand is comparatively high, but they don’t have proper policy in place for employee benefits, pf, nps and other perks that a good company should provide. They don’t really care about overall well being of employees. Very short sighted

No Incentives Post Target Completion: Even after achieving or surpassing targets, employees were not rewarded with promised incentives. This practice made employees feel unappreciated and discouraged further effort. 5. No Work-Life Balance: The company had unrealistic expectations and long working hours, leaving no time for personal life. Employees were often overburdened, leading to burnout and mental stress. 6. Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees.
