...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

Work culture and office environment was friendly and collaborative, fostering a strong sense of team work. Management team was supportive and approachable. Company had a well structured training program that allows employees to upskill and stay updated with the latest processes and technologies.

Nothing to be like about Stanza Living, disgusting work life. Getting tortured and manager.

Dislikes

Work life is not balanced. Salary, appraisal issue. There is no working hour described. We were working day night continuously. Very strict. Don't prefer anyone for job over here at Stanza Living. All over experience is disgusting.
