One of the worst company worked for. No job security and they will fire people as like that even u r CITY HEAD. And do all torture if you ask for increment. 24*7 work culture and continuous calls even at midnight irrespective of position u r. If married print a copy of divorce paper at the time of joining itslf. Managers? who doesn't care to go down for their benefits. They treat employees really good Not recommended to join this company.

...r management, they keep same senior manager for both demand and supply team. layoff happens anytime and they dont even provide salary compensations. worst ever management with worst job security. training is poor and they dont train people who is performing low. instead ask them to leave the company.

Salary & you can stay in any property for free

A lot 1. Politics 2.Culture 3.Time management 4.Work life balance They ask the customers not to smoke or consume alcohol in their property but their employees do that. They even smoke joints & take drugs inside the property. They retain their favourites and lay off others even if you perform well. They judge you within 2 months and send you our immediately without giving second chance

Positives are that the company's founders Mr. Sandeep and Anindya are striving hard for the students and working professionals which is highly appreciable. Safety and security is available. Also the HR Mr. Lokesh and Mr Abhimanyu have helped me a lot. A token of thanks and appreciation for them. Job is 100 % satisfactory. Mr. Penchal Reddy and Tripurari are also the best.

...ging their coming forward. On behalf of all the employees, I am mentioning this. Also I request the company to take care of the salary part satisfaction as we are coming from faraway, leaving our families to work. Otherwise, the company is a 100% success.
