So so work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparency.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign if u do many deduction is done.

... cant get incentive again, no company policies changing policies on daily basis. no salary hike life time you have to work on same salary as decided at the time of joining. only can get incentive but that also you cant get because daily work policies and increasing target quarterly. You need to work with monthly targets and strictly achieve you minimum target along with payment. If you want your full salary without deduction and hold. Company will track your location through field app during working Hrs 10am to 5.30pm. You need to punch First Client before your working Hrs during day punch every customers you are visiting also need to punch last visit at Last customer then your day will complete. If you miss first or last visit punch you have to sacrifice half day salary for that day.
