Likes

Wide range of product and good exposures on mech, civil and Electrical products. Stanvac is a good pay master.

Dislikes

... Job satisfaction is very poor and will not able to manage work life balance. In a nutshell, apart from salary nothing is good at stanvac.

... myopic company.. all MD wants sales people to work as commission agent person.. your monthly salary is directly proportional to your monthly target.. no KPIs .. no HR.. only LALA ... No job security at all... I salute to those who are working there... Irrespective of their designations.
