... myopic company.. all MD wants sales people to work as commission agent person.. your monthly salary is directly proportional to your monthly target.. no KPIs .. no HR.. only LALA ... No job security at all... I salute to those who are working there... Irrespective of their designations.

Company policy are good appraisals are fair and they give good selary hike and bonus every year

Thre is a bond of 2years before which you connot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiness.

As an honesty reviewer of LaLa company, I must express my concern. The management particularly the MD and his wife, have exhibited a lack of professionalism. The MD’s wife frequently disparaging the team, and the MD, often acting as her subordinate, pressures employees into resigning the work environment highly unsatisfactory. I strongly advise against joining this LaLa Dukan as it may negatively impact your career and well being.
