Not employee friendly management at all as far as financial shared service is concerned as micro management is initiated by keeping track of each and every action of the employee in a way treating employees as robots.Rules like school are imposed like asking for permission before leaving for the day even after working hours are completed.Harsh and unprofessional language used by managers in one to one meetings. Leave practices are not transparent and defined properly as verbal approvals take place and deliberately too much time is taken for the approval, personal reason of the employee is discussed before approval.While all other departments work on hybrid model only management of financial shared service does not allow flexible working, company transportation is not provided either.No team meetings take place so no forum for employees is present to raise their concerns. Management is only concerned about their own comfort zone and not ready to change at all. Employee related company policies are not followed by managers in the department.It looks like management is not concerned about it's employees.
