An unorganised place in which you cannot be the right person to take any decision as it's owned and regulated by the owner and their family members. No comparison with any of retail company as they don't believe in retail basic sops to adhere also you will be tortured and forced to listen wether you are not right or they are wrong in there decision making

Not at all a nice place to work where you cannot be the right person to take any of the decision either not to give any suggestions as owner and his family involves in this, this you are no body here to do anything by your own, uncultured and unmannered team is also there who will not let you too work calmly. Mental pressure is the key agenda to keep there subordinates to work as they asked to do it do that no one can ask about compensation and remuneration. pathetic experience.

So much learning in stanmax, they will indulge you in front end & back end operation simultaneously.

Dislikes

No work life balance, no proper skill development programme, decision making of top management is lethargic, no employee benefits. They treat employee like school children
