I am not satisfied with working in Stanley why because so many partiality and politics are happening there but salary is within a time

So many partiality and politics there and no time Management there everyday working no holiday finally I am not satisfied with this company and my suggestion is nobody won't join here.

Work & Management culture is very good & friendly & Supportive. If you are capable the job security is not a problem. If you are not capable for handling the work then any company problem will come. Job Security is depends on the employee.

There is no value for employees their. Don't ever join this if you are moving from other location, you don't know when they will send out without notice period worst work culture i have ever seen(poor mentality of manager)

Worst ever corrupted company .. No proper management.. Business heads are all not good..It is company where only close family and friends can sustain.. Other than that you can't sustain even for 6 months period.. Management would throw out immediately on same day without even notice period.. Please avoid this company ..

Lot of internal durty politics. Partially among people. Except boss nobody has knowledge about leather. No HODs connected to leather are fit to work there. These people are Spoiling a good brand like Stanley. Boss should come to know about these people and send them packing.
