Job security is reliable ,work culture was good every single things can learning place in Stanley , every year growth different disgnation , friendly manger and co worker , if we talk about the company policies all kind of benefits , loss of pay , causal leaves ,pf , medical expenses , it's good environment in Stanley engeneering fasting every day we get to learn new things , new ideas , thank you

Lunch and dinner , no national fest celebrate in national ,there is no transportation for employees , there is no team outing

Manager believes that he is the king. Asked me to not contact any one else except him. And above all my vertical GM surprisingly called me a month earlier and said next month would be your last month in company. And asked me to search for a new job. Later after 3 months of my departure company management fired him. I Loved it! Now looking forward to some action for my immediate manager. May he also gets fired asap. _/|\_
