...ment is transparent. there is a hinge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus avery year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not given to new joiners.

They are a good Pay master, you can grow if you are ready to sideline your family, they need your 24 hours.

They ask you to respond at any time and in any case, they need your every single minute for their growth and sometimes its hard to make balance between family and work

RSM of North East is one of the worst person ever seen , he has own business of it's own of Pantanjali and thinks Stanley is also his father Business and he is one of the great destroyer in the company only enjoying salary last 18 years. NSM and all Head are fool in this company. Outside india it's ok but in India those mawara is destroying the culture. Never try to join in North East. Every saturday is closed from HO but the Mewara RSM used to open the office. Every day RSM visit personal business after 2.30 pm, and destroy the office atmosphere every day he is good for nothing. He made the office as mawari gadda and his own father company.

The team members are good, but some people are by nature the ones who mess with others.

The salary they offer is not that good, any person with engineering holding and experience should get this salary not expected.

Pls dont join this company under contract or third party pay roll.. you will not get benefits and No growth in carrier they may waste your valuable time. so joiner pls be carefully while joining under contract or third party pay roll .if on roll job it's great to build carrier
