Worst management They change employees salaries as their wish and don't even inform employees regarding the changes Salary reductions and structure revisions will not be informed to employees and they don't even care even after consulting them. Nothing to learn, just data entry work till engineer level Limited access to any documents even for an engineer level Increments will not be more than 10% from trainee level to 3 years experienced
