1 No increment cause they say my pay is above market level 2 Hard work has no value but buttering the manager and staying late in office has value 3 No compensation for working weekends 4 Very bad work culture 5 Everything is controlled from Chennai and Bangalore people have no value 6 They will pay you hike based on your work experience and current CTC and not depending on your effort or hard work 7 Some managers don't allow you to work from home but work from home for at least a month or 2 in total in a Year DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY

Salary is very low according to industry standards. Work culture is pretty boring that it feels like school. Work politics. No proper promotions. Minimum of 3 years for a promotion. No hike. max of 5%. some even gets 0.

...ired me, not a freasher, I was band 6 - associate director/senior manager level. Salary also was not great, should have negotiated more.
